Abstract

This article e xamines the psychological characteristics of career guidance among primary school students. It analyzes the processes of developing interest in work, preparing children for conscious career choice, and identifying their personal inclinations. The study emphasizes the role of motivation, family and social influences, as well as the collaboration between teachers and psychologists in fostering early professional orientation.
